We follow this policy as our standard for responsible information handling. Where the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles apply to us, we will comply with those requirements.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, contact details, company, job title, billing and delivery details, order and payment status, project address, plans, measurements, photographs, specifications, sample requests, correspondence, warranty or complaint information and marketing preferences.

Payment-card information is generally processed by our payment provider. We do not receive or store complete card details unless a payment process expressly states otherwise.

We may also receive information from your builder, designer, installer, employer, payment provider, delivery carrier, website platform or another person authorised to deal with us.

We use information to respond to enquiries; provide samples, quotations and product documents; assess project requirements; accept and fulfil orders; process payments; arrange delivery; administer accounts, returns and warranty claims; maintain records; secure and improve our website; prevent fraud; comply with law; and communicate information reasonably connected with our products and services.

We may de-identify or aggregate information for reporting and service improvement where it is practical to do so.
